Feedback

Our inaugural If Wet is dusted. We’ll get some proper documentation up soon but for now we’d like to know what you thought, assuming you were there.

Post your comments and suggestions as replies to this post please (be honest!) 😉

Whether you could make it or not, here are some photographs taken by the lovely Pete Ashton.

If Wet 1

In the beginning…

Your hosts MortonUnderwood (David Morton and Sam Underwood) believe in the benefit of an iterative process, so each month we will assess how things have gone at If Wet and tweak accordingly. We need to start somewhere though, so here is an overview of what you can expect from the first If Wet:

  • MortonUnderwood – Welcome / Meet Your Hosts / Discuss and demonstrate latest MU sonic research projects
  • Stuart Estell & Simon Gray – Discuss and demonstrate their tuba and santoor “tubstep” project
  • Run What Ya Brung – If you would like to share something that makes an interesting sound, bring it along!
  • Sonic Exchange and panel discussion – Each panellist plays an recent, inspirational sonic discovery – and DISCUSS!

In addition, we will be running an “Honesty Bar”, which will serve hot and cold drinks, booze, home made cakes and other refreshments – all on a donate what you like basis.
